1. Senior Pastry Chef
Job Description:
As a Senior Pastry Chef at Elaia Bistro Wine Bar, you will lead the pastry team in creating innovative and high-quality desserts that align with our Mediterranean-inspired menu
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a diverse range of pastry items, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Oversee daily operations of the pastry section, managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate junior pastry staff to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design seasonal menus and special offerings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pastry, with at least 2 years in a senior rile.
- Experience in standalone or upscale dining restaurants is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative flair with a passion for pastry arts.
2. Commis Pastry
*Job Description:
As a Commis Pastry, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries and desserts, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the production of pastry items.
- Follow recipes and instructions from senior pastry chefs to ensure consistency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pastry, preferably in a hotel or standalone restaurant setting.
- Basic knowledge of pastry techniques and presentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for pastry arts.
3. Floor Supervisor
Job Description:
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the dining area, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff to ensure smooth service.
- Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing information about specials.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist in training and developing front-of-house staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry.
- Experience in standalone or upscale dining restaurants is essential.
