Position Descriptions:
1. F&B Waiters
As an F&B Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive dining experience by providing friendly, attentive, and professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant or dining area.
- Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure that guests’ needs are met.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding the menu or specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an F&B Waiter or similar role in a hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for providing exceptional guest service.
2. Housekeeping Room Attendants
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will ensure that our guests’ rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. You will play a vital role in maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness and ensuring that all areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary amenities and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to the supervisor.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and other room amenities as needed.
- Ensure public areas, hallways, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while cleaning rooms and public areas.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when necessary.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Room Attendant or similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good physical condition and ability to carry out tasks that involve standing, walking, and lifting.
- Excellent time management skills.
