- Restaurant Managers
- Age: 25-40 years
- Experience: 8+ years in restaurant management, with a proven track record in team leadership, operational excellence, and customer service.
- Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, handle inventory, and implement new initiatives to drive the business forward.
- Requirements: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Waiters/Captains
- Age: 20-25 years
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in F&B service.
- Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service, manage guest requests, ensure a pleasant dining experience, and assist in coordinating restaurant floor operations.
- Requirements: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
- Salesmen (Male Only)
- Age: 20-30 years
- Experience: Sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is preferred.
- Responsibilities: Drive sales, maintain product knowledge, offer recommendations, and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Requirements: Strong communication, persuasive selling skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Fish Mongers & Butchers
- Age: 20-25 years
- Experience: Prior experience in handling fish and meat products.
- Responsibilities: Cut, prepare, and package fish and meat, maintain cleanliness of work areas, and ensure all products are fresh and up to standard.
- Requirements: Knowledge of proper cutting techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.
- Helpers
- Age: 20-25 years
- Experience: No prior experience necessary, but an interest in working in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Responsibilities: Assist in various tasks across departments, including inventory, packing, and general support.
- Requirements: Ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and be adaptable.
- Checker & Picker for Warehouse
- Age: 20-25 years
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Responsibilities: Check inventory, pick and pack orders, ensure all items are accurately accounted for, and assist with stock management.
- Requirements: Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and good organizational skills.
