Position Descriptions, Requirements, and Duties
1. Supervisors
Position Summary:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving guest issues.
Duties:
- Supervise daily restaurant and lounge operations.
- Lead and motivate staff, ensuring top-notch service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Manage staff scheduling and inventory.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Bartenders/Barmaids
Position Summary:
As a Bartender/Barmaid, you will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, create cocktails, and provide an exceptional guest experience.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
- Ensure bar cleanliness and organization.
- Engage with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process payments and handle cash.
- Monitor inventory and restock as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.
- Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Barbacks
Position Summary:
As a Barback, you will support bartenders by ensuring the bar is stocked and ready for service. Your role is crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring the team operates efficiently.
Duties:
- Restock the bar with liquor, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized.
- Assist with cleaning glassware and bar tools.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of the bar area.
- Assist bartenders as needed during service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barback is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items.
- Friendly and approachable attitude.
4. Bar Supervisors
Position Summary:
As a Bar Supervisor, you will manage bar staff, ensure smooth bar operations, and guarantee the highest quality of service is provided to guests.
Duties:
- Supervise the bar staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Oversee inventory and order stock as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints.

5. Hostesses
Position Summary:
As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for guests, welcoming them and ensuring a pleasant dining experience from the moment they walk in.

- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and assist in seating guests.
- Ensure the dining area is clean and organized.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns.
- Provide assistance during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

6. Waiters/Waitresses
Position Summary:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide excellent table service to guests, ensuring they enjoy their dining experience.
Duties:
- Take food and drink orders from guests and ensure prompt service.
- Provide recommendations and answer menu questions.
- Ensure that food is served according to guest preferences.
- Monitor guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Clear tables, prepare for new guests, and maintain cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Previous waitstaff experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

7. Runners
Position Summary:
As a Runner, you will support waitstaff by delivering food and beverages to guests, ensuring orders are accurate and served promptly.
Duties:
- Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all food items are presented beautifully and correctly.
- Clear used plates, glasses, and silverware from tables.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Assist waitstaff in other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to stay organized and move quickly in a busy environment.
- Friendly and attentive to guest needs.
8. Promoters/Event Organizers
Position Summary:
As a Promoter/Event Organizer, you will be responsible for promoting the restaurant and lounge to potential customers and organizing events and special occasions to attract new guests.
Duties:
- Promote events, specials, and the restaurant’s services to customers.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate special events, such as parties or corporate gatherings.
- Work with marketing to create promotions and boost brand awareness.
- Interact with guests to ensure their event experience is memorable.
- Liaise with vendors and external partners for event logistics.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or promotions is a plus.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Creative and able to come up with new ideas to attract customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
