Position Descriptions, Requirements, and Duties

1. Supervisors

Position Summary:
As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and resolving guest issues.

Duties:

• Supervise daily restaurant and lounge operations.
• Lead and motivate staff, ensuring top-notch service.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Manage staff scheduling and inventory.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

2. Bartenders/Barmaids

Position Summary:
As a Bartender/Barmaid, you will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, create cocktails, and provide an exceptional guest experience.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Ensure bar cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process payments and handle cash.
• Monitor inventory and restock as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation.

3. Barbacks

Position Summary:
As a Barback, you will support bartenders by ensuring the bar is stocked and ready for service. Your role is crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow and ensuring the team operates efficiently.

• Restock the bar with liquor, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning glassware and bar tools.
