📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Barista
💰 Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (depending on experience)
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with consistency and flair
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Engage with guests and provide product knowledge
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated properly
- Support café operations and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere
Breakfast Chef
💰 Salary: To be discussed based on experience
- Prepare and present breakfast and brunch dishes to high standards
- Develop and contribute to seasonal menu ideas
- Maintain hygiene and food safety protocols
- Manage mise en place and kitchen readiness
- Collaborate with front-of-house for smooth service flow
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and timing
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Barista: 1–2 years proven experience in a specialty café
- Breakfast Chef: Experience in breakfast/brunch concepts and menu development
- Currently residing in the UAE
- Available to start immediately (no notice period)
- Preference for Asian male candidates
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for quality and attention to detail
