  2. Receptionist
  3. F&B Captain

Position: Security Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Oversee all security operations within the hotel premises.
  • Ensure the safety of all guests, employees, and property.
  • Conduct regular security checks and monitor surveillance equipment.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.
  • Supervise and train security staff to maintain high standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Security Supervisor in the hospitality or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle security systems and emergency protocols.
  • Valid security certification is a plus.

Position: Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Address guests’ inquiries and provide information about services and facilities.
  • Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in front desk or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of hotel booking systems is a plus.

Position: F&B Captain

Job Description:

  • Supervise food and beverage service in the hotel’s restaurants and events.
  • Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on service standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an F&B Captain or Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively.

Position: Technician – Mason

Job Description:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks related to masonry, including walls, floors, and structural components.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot potential masonry issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in working order.
  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols while performing tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mason or Technician with a focus on maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and building materials.
  • Ability to handle repairs, construction, and related tasks.
  • Good physical condition and attention to detail.
