Wellfit is opening a brand-new community club at Masaar, Sharjah’s landmark forest development, and we’re building the founding team. Masaar is unlike anywhere else in the UAE: a green spine of jogging tracks and cycling paths threads through the entire community, alongside a lagoon pool, padel and basketball courts, a duck pond, and the Zad food truck park — step outside Wellfit Masaar and you’re surrounded by trees, not traffic. This is a rare pre-opening opportunity for hospitality, fitness, sales, and technical professionals in Sharjah and across the UAE to join Wellfit from day one and help shape a club rather than simply join one that’s already running. We’re currently hiring across nine roles spanning product, member experience, sales, coaching, and facilities — from a Product Manager who will help define how members interact with the club, to Personal Trainers and Fitness Instructors who will lead sessions on the ground.
