Role Details

Front Office Associate Arabic Speaker

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in/out guests, verify identification, and process payments.
  • Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles in the PMS.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Concierge for VIPs and special requests.
  • Handle guest enquiries and complaints in Arabic and English; perform service recovery.
  • Prepare daily reports, cash reconciliations, and shift handovers.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years front office experience at a 4‑ or 5‑star property.
  • Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
  • PMS experience (Opera preferred) and MS Office proficiency.
  • Professional presentation and flexible availability.

Restaurant Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead daily outlet operations, ensure service standards, and manage guest relations.
  • Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and efficient table management.
  • Control labour and operating costs; manage outlet P&L and budgets.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor FOH staff; conduct performance reviews.
  • Plan and execute events, private dining, and special promotions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years restaurant management experience in upscale or luxury outlets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
  • Excellent guest service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
  • Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager with shift supervision and service delivery.
  • Coach and develop FOH staff; manage rosters and side work.
  • Assist with inventory control, daily sales reporting, and guest feedback.
  • Act as on‑floor leader during peak periods and cover manager duties when required.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years supervisory experience in hotel or upscale restaurant F&B.
  • Strong organisational and people management skills.
  • Fluent English; other languages a plus.

Waitress Server

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and deliver food and beverages.
  • Maintain table presentation and support side work duties.
  • Promote daily specials and assist with upselling.
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years service experience; fine dining exposure preferred.
  • Fluent English; conversational Arabic advantageous.
  • Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts.

Hostess

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and seat guests efficiently.
  • Answer reservation calls and coordinate with service teams on guest notes.
  • Maintain hostess station and reservation logs; provide local information.

Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years host/hostess or front‑of‑house experience.
  • Excellent communication and reservation system familiarity.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise room attendants and public area attendants; conduct inspections.
  • Manage room turnovers, linen control, and housekeeping inventories.
  • Train staff, prepare rosters, and report on housekeeping KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and chemical handling protocols.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years supervisory housekeeping experience in 4‑/5‑star hotels.
  • Strong leadership, attention to detail, and MS Office skills.

Food and Beverage Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute F&B sales strategy for outlets, banquets, and catering.
  • Build and manage corporate and events client relationships; prepare proposals.
  • Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable event execution.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years F&B or events sales experience at 4‑/5‑star properties.
  • Strong network in Dubai events and corporate market preferred.
  • CRM proficiency and excellent presentation skills.

Income Auditor

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reconcile daily revenue across Rooms, F&B, Banquets, and other outlets.
  • Verify POS, PMS, and bank deposits; investigate and resolve variances.
  • Prepare daily income reports, post authorized adjustments, and support month‑end close.
  • Maintain audit trails and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years income audit or revenue accounting experience in hotels.
  • Accounting diploma or degree preferred; strong Excel and Opera skills.
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven.

Reservations Agent

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle reservation enquiries via phone, email, and online channels; secure bookings.
  • Maintain PMS/CRS and channel manager accuracy; apply rate changes and restrictions.
  • Upsell rooms and packages; prepare arrival lists and reports for Front Office.
  • Manage amendments, cancellations, and pre‑arrival communications.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years reservations experience; Opera preferred.
  • Strong telephone manner and commercial mindset.
  • Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Chef de Cuisine Pan‑Asian Singaporean Specialty

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and execute Pan‑Asian and Singaporean menus with authenticity and creativity.
  • Lead kitchen operations, train brigade, and ensure consistent dish execution.
  • Manage food cost, inventory, supplier relationships, and HACCP compliance.
  • Drive culinary events, guest chef collaborations, and menu innovation.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years culinary experience with 3+ years in senior Pan‑Asian roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singaporean classics and Pan‑Asian techniques.
  • Culinary diploma preferred and proven leadership in high‑volume kitchens.
