🏠 HOUSE MANAGER
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on service excellence, team motivation, and guest satisfaction
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews to ensure a high-functioning team
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated guest concerns and VIP experiences
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and local marketing efforts
☕ HEAD BARISTA
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee coffee operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in every cup
- Train and mentor baristas in brewing techniques, latte art, and customer engagement
- Maintain equipment, inventory, and hygiene standards in the bar area
- Collaborate with the House Manager on seasonal menu development and product launches
- Lead by example during peak hours, supporting the team and elevating service delivery
- Stay updated on global coffee trends and integrate best practices into daily operations
👨🍳 BARISTAS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages with precision and flair
- Engage guests with warmth, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar station throughout the shift
- Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work culture
- Handle POS transactions and ensure accurate order processing
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
💁 HOSTESS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate guest flow and communicate with the service team to optimize table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion and care
- Maintain the appearance and ambiance of the entrance and reception area
- Assist in guest feedback collection and service recovery when needed
🍽️ SERVERS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with attention to detail
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell where appropriate
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service flow throughout the shift
- Collaborate with runners, baristas, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Uphold WatchHouse standards in grooming, etiquette, and guest interaction
🏃 RUNNERS
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and drinks from kitchen and bar to guests promptly and accurately
- Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, and resetting
- Ensure correct order presentation and support service flow during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and back-of-house areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams
- Uphold hygiene and safety protocols consistently
