Duties & Responsibilities
Restaurant Manager
- Lead daily operations and team performance
- Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relations
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues
- Train and mentor staff
Supervisor
- Oversee shifts and support FOH operations
- Coach staff and maintain service standards
- Handle guest feedback and assist with reporting
Junior Hostess
- Welcome guests and manage reservations
- Coordinate seating and maintain reception flow
- Support FOH team with light admin tasks
Waiter / Waitress
- Deliver attentive table service
- Upsell menu items and ensure order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Demi Chef de Partie
- Prepare and cook menu items
- Manage station and support mise en place
- Maintain hygiene and assist with stock control
Requirements
Restaurant Manager
- 3+ years in restaurant management
- Strong leadership and financial skills
Supervisor
- 1–3 years in supervisory roles
- Excellent communication and team coaching
Junior Hostess
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Friendly, organized, and calm under pressure
Waiter / Waitress
- Previous service experience preferred
- Guest-focused and multitasking ability
Demi Chef de Partie
- 1–3 years in a professional kitchen
- Solid cooking techniques and reliability
