Join Creneau Hospitality as a Junior Hostess and be the welcoming face of our venue. You will manage guest arrivals, reservations, and seating flow while supporting the front-of-house team to deliver warm, efficient service. This entry-level role suits someone with a friendly manner, strong attention to detail, and a desire to grow in hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage the reception area with a professional, friendly presence.
• Manage reservations using the booking system and coordinate table allocations.
• Seat guests efficiently to optimize covers and maintain smooth service flow.
• Answer phone and online enquiries clearly and courteously.
• Maintain waiting lists and communicate accurate wait times to guests.
• Support front-of-house with light administrative tasks, table resets, and guest requests.
• Assist with events and special seating arrangements as required.

Requirements

• Experience: hospitality or customer-service experience preferred but not essential.
• Skills: excellent communication, polite phone manner, and basic computer literacy.
• Attributes: warm, organized, calm under pressure, and team-oriented.
• Availability: flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays; immediate start preferred.
• Languages: fluent English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
