1. Barista – Craft perfect cups and connect with coffee lovers
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and flair
- Engage warmly with customers, offering personalized service and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies
- Support team members during busy periods with a positive attitude
2. Chef – Bring flavor and flair to our kitchen
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes that reflect our café’s casual yet creative style
- Ensure food safety standards and kitchen hygiene are upheld at all times
- Collaborate on menu development, seasonal specials, and recipe refinement
- Manage kitchen inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and minimize waste
- Work closely with front-of-house to ensure smooth service and timely orders
3. Front All-Rounder – Be the friendly face of our café
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle POS transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas throughout the day
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Support baristas and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations
