Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira is seeking a friendly, energetic, and service‑driven Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a warm personality, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and professional service to all guests
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean, organized, and well‑presented
• Maintain strong product knowledge to answer guest questions and make recommendations
• Process payments and handle billing with accuracy
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle guest concerns or requests with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards at all times
• Support special events, promotions, and themed nights as required

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, or lounge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and a welcoming, confident demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and late nights
• Knowledge of Dubai hospitality standards is an advantage
