The Tower Plaza Hotel is seeking a skilled and service‑oriented Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness treatments and create a relaxing, memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for guest care.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness services
• Greet guests warmly and conduct consultations to understand their needs and preferences
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products based on guest concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely, professionally, and according to hotel standards
• Upsell spa services and retail products when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest preferences
• Support spa operations by assisting with reception duties when needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, spa, or wellness center
• Certification in massage therapy or beauty therapy (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent preferred)
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare, and wellness treatments
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills
• Professional appearance and a calm, welcoming demeanor
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
