Food Runner – Creneau Hospitality

Creneau Hospitality is urgently hiring energetic and detail-oriented Food Runners to join our front-of-house teams across Dubai. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth service flow by delivering dishes promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and want to build a career in hospitality.

📝 Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect plated dishes from the kitchen pass and deliver them to the correct tables quickly and efficiently.
• Verify order accuracy, ensuring items match tickets and special requests.
• Assist chefs and expeditors with final garnishing or plating adjustments when required.
• Support servers by placing dishes, condiments, and beverages in the correct sequence.
• Clear finished plates promptly and transport them to the dishwashing area.
• Maintain clean and organized service routes, side stations, and pass areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to manage timing and urgent requests.
• Assist with special events, banquets, or large group service setups.

✅ Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel service role preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Team-player attitude with punctuality and reliability.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Flexibility to work across Dubai Creek Harbour and Palm Jumeirah venues.
