Sales Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and maintain relationships with corporate and leisure clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing to deliver tailored offers and group bookings.
Requirements - Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel sales or related hospitality sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
- Results-driven, organized, and able to work flexible hours.
Engineering Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance schedules, vendor work orders, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Track engineering inventory, manage spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Liaise between engineering team and management to prioritize tasks.
Requirements - Diploma or degree in engineering or related field; hospitality engineering experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with CMMS is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to emergencies.
General Technician
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Guest Relations Executive
