Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and maintain relationships with corporate and leisure clients.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing to deliver tailored offers and group bookings.
    Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel sales or related hospitality sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to work flexible hours.

Engineering Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules, vendor work orders, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Track engineering inventory, manage spare parts, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Liaise between engineering team and management to prioritize tasks.
    Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in engineering or related field; hospitality engineering experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with CMMS is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to emergencies.

General Technician

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Respond to guest and operational maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and report major issues.
    Requirements
  • Technical certificate or trade qualification in relevant discipline.
  • Hands-on experience in hotel or facility maintenance.

Guest Relations Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle guest inquiries and special requests.
  • Resolve guest complaints with empathy and ensure follow-up for guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with departments to deliver personalized guest experiences.
    Requirements
  • Previous front office or guest relations experience in a hotel environment.
