Duties and Responsibilities
1. Security Supervisor
- Supervise and schedule the security team to ensure round-the-clock protection of guests, staff and hotel property.
- Conduct regular patrols, monitor CCTV and access points, and respond quickly to incidents and alarms.
- Enforce hotel safety, fire and emergency procedures and lead drills and evacuations when required.
- Prepare incident reports, maintain logs and coordinate with management and local authorities.
- Train, coach and evaluate security officers to maintain high service and discipline standards.
2. Stewarding Supervisor
- Lead the stewarding team in cleaning kitchens, back-of-house areas, and food and beverage outlets.
- Ensure all crockery, glassware, cutlery and equipment are cleaned, stored and stocked to standard.
- Monitor compliance with hygiene, sanitation and food safety (HACCP) regulations.
- Manage chemical and cleaning-supply inventory and report equipment faults.
- Prepare duty rosters, brief the team and support banquets and events during peak periods.
3. Waitress (Ballarò)
- Welcome guests warmly, present menus and explain dishes and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and drinks in line with luxury service standards.
- Maintain product knowledge, including menu items, ingredients and allergens.
- Keep tables, stations and the dining area clean, organised and well set.
- Handle guest requests and feedback politely and process payments correctly.
4. Bartender (Ballarò)
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits and other beverages to recipe and presentation standards.
- Set up, maintain and restock the bar, including garnishes, glassware and stock.
- Engage guests with friendly, knowledgeable recommendations and attentive service.
- Follow responsible alcohol service policies and hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and assist with stock counts.
5. Hostess (Ballarò)
- Greet and welcome guests, manage reservations and walk-ins and seat them efficiently.
- Manage the waiting list and communicate wait times courteously.
- Answer phone and email enquiries and confirm bookings.
- Coordinate with the service team to keep table turnover smooth.
- Make sure the entrance and reception area are tidy and welcoming at all times.
6. Hostess (Bliss 6)
- Provide a warm first impression by greeting and escorting guests to their seats.
- Manage reservations, guest lists and seating plans accurately.
- Communicate with the floor and bar team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest enquiries, special requests and feedback professionally.
- Maintain a polished appearance and a clean, organised host station.
7. Housekeeping Attendant
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and bathrooms to Conrad’s luxury standards.
- Replenish linens, amenities and minibar items and report room maintenance issues.
- Clean public areas, corridors and back-of-house spaces as assigned.
- Handle lost and found items and respect guest privacy at all times.
- Follow safety, hygiene and chemical-handling procedures and meet daily room targets.
Requirements
Security Supervisor
- Previous experience as a security officer or supervisor, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of security, fire safety and emergency procedures; relevant certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, observation and report-writing skills.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Stewarding Supervisor
- Proven experience in hotel or restaurant stewarding, with some supervisory exposure.
- Understanding of hygiene, sanitation and food safety standards.
- Ability to lead, organise and motivate a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
Waitress (Ballarò)
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B outlet is preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service and table etiquette.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude and excellent guest-service skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Neat appearance and willingness to work shifts.
Bartender (Ballarò)
- Proven experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant or lounge.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beverage service.
- Speed, accuracy and confidence in a busy bar environment.
- Good communication and guest-engagement skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Hostess (Ballarò)
- Previous experience as a hostess or in guest-facing hospitality is preferred.
