Duties and Responsibilities
Waiter
- Welcome guests and serve food and beverages professionally at catered events.
- Set up tables, buffets and service stations according to event requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming and food safety at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and handle queries politely.
- Clear tables, assist with breakdown and support the team after each event.
Steward
- Clean, wash and sanitize crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, storage and event service areas.
- Assist in loading, unloading and setting up catering equipment at event venues.
- Follow HACCP and Dubai Municipality hygiene and waste-handling standards.
- Support the kitchen and service teams with general tasks as required.
Event Sales Executive
- Generate leads and win new catering and event bookings from corporate and private clients.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements and prepare tailored menus and quotations.
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets.
- Build long-term client relationships and maintain a database of leads and repeat customers.
F&B Supervisor – Female
- Lead and supervise service staff during events to ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate duties, brief the team and monitor service quality and timing.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and company standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training and performance reporting.
F&B Supervisor – Male
- Supervise waiters and stewards across catered events and function setups.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, logistics and sales teams for on-time service.
- Check event setups, equipment and inventory before and after each event.
- Enforce grooming, hygiene and safety standards among the team.
- Train and motivate team members and report on daily operations.
Transport Coordinator
- Plan and schedule vehicle and driver movements for daily catering deliveries and events.
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams on loading and dispatch timings.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, fuel, registration and insurance records.
- Track trips, manage driver duty rosters and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Handle traffic fines, incident reports and transport documentation.
Driver
- Safely transport food, equipment and staff to event venues across the UAE.
- Load and unload catering supplies with care to maintain food quality.
- Keep the vehicle clean, roadworthy and compliant with UAE traffic laws.
- Complete delivery logs, trip records and report vehicle issues promptly.
- Follow dispatch schedules and communicate delays to the transport coordinator.
Requirements
Waiter
- Previous waiting or banquet service experience in Dubai/UAE preferred.
- Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- Well-groomed, polite and customer-focused.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic food hygiene knowledge; valid food handler certificate is an advantage.
Steward
- Experience in stewarding or kitchen cleaning in a hotel or catering company preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and hygiene procedures.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift equipment.
- Team player who works well under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, including late nights and weekends.
Event Sales Executive
- Proven experience in catering, events or hospitality sales in the UAE.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Existing client network and knowledge of the Dubai events market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred; target-driven mindset.
F&B Supervisor – Female
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a supervisor or captain in F&B, banquets or catering.
- Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and event service standards.
- Flexibility to work on events, including weekends and holidays.
F&B Supervisor – Male
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in F&B, banquets or catering.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple events at once.
- Good English communication; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of hygiene, safety and service procedures.
- Availability for flexible shifts and event schedules.
Transport Coordinator
- Previous experience as a transport or logistics coordinator, preferably in catering or hospitality.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes and RTA regulations.
- Strong planning, scheduling and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle urgent situations and work under pressure.
Driver
- Valid UAE driving licence (light/heavy as applicable) with clean record.
- Minimum 2 years’ driving experience in the UAE; catering or delivery experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Dubai and Northern Emirates routes.
- Physically fit and able to load and unload goods.
- Punctual, responsible and safety-conscious.
