Roles and Responsibilities
Hostess
Duties and responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests; manage waiting area and maintain a warm first impression.
- Manage reservations, confirm bookings and update the reservation system.
- Escort guests to tables and coordinate seating with FOH staff.
- Handle guest enquiries and basic menu/dress‑code questions.
- Maintain host station presentation and assist with light administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year FOH or hostess experience in high‑volume hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous.
- Legal right to work in the UAE.
Floor Manager
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead FOH teams; run pre‑shift briefings and coach staff during service.
- Maintain and enforce service standards and guest etiquette.
- Oversee seating flow, table turns and coordination with kitchen.
- Manage VIPs, guest complaints and event execution.
- Monitor covers, revenue metrics and complete shift reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years supervisory FOH experience; prior Floor Manager experience preferred.

- Hospitality diploma is a plus.

Floor Supervisor
Duties and responsibilities
- Supervise FOH operations during shifts and ensure smooth service flow.
- Coach hosts, servers and runners; support upselling and guest engagement.
- Assist with reservations, seating plans and coordination with kitchen.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve on‑floor issues.
- Support private events and complete shift handovers.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years supervisory FOH experience in high‑volume venues.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

Cashier
Duties and responsibilities
- Process cash, card and digital payments accurately using POS systems.
- Open/close tills, reconcile takings and prepare deposit summaries.
- Issue receipts, manage refunds/voids and maintain transaction logs.
- Assist FOH with billing queries and report discrepancies.
- Follow cash‑handling and anti‑fraud procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year POS and cash‑handling experience in hospitality or retail.
- Strong numeracy, attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
- Familiarity with common POS systems and card terminals.
- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Reservation Manager
Duties and responsibilities
- Own reservation strategy, booking rules and table allocation to maximise covers.
- Lead and train the reservations team; manage system integrations and reporting.
- Handle VIP profiles, special requests and personalised guest communications.
- Monitor no‑show rates, implement yield strategies and forecast demand.
- Liaise with FOH, kitchen and marketing for events and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years managing reservations or guest relations in high‑volume hospitality.
- Strong experience with reservation/CRM platforms (e.g., SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable).
- Leadership skills and commercial understanding of yield management.
- Excellent written and verbal English.

Reception Manager
Duties and responsibilities
- Lead front‑desk operations and supervise reception staff.

- Train reception team on CRM, upselling and data‑privacy best practices.

- Produce daily reservation summaries and escalate capacity issues.
Requirements
- 1–2 years reservations or front‑office experience.
- Proficient with reservation platforms and CRM tools.
