📌 Key Responsibilities

• Curate and maintain a dynamic, well‑balanced wine list aligned with Felicita’s Mediterranean‑inspired concept
• Recommend wine pairings to guests based on their preferences and menu selections
• Provide warm, confident, and engaging tableside wine service
• Conduct regular training sessions for the service team on wine knowledge and pairing techniques
• Manage wine inventory, stock rotation, and cellar organization
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team on menu pairings and seasonal updates
• Monitor wine costs, purchasing, and supplier relationships
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of all wines
• Assist in creating beverage promotions, tasting events, and special activations
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and guest engagement

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sommelier or Wine Specialist in a premium dining environment
• Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and pairing principles
• Certification from WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging, and confident presence
• Ability to educate guests and team members in a clear and inspiring way
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain composed and professional during high‑volume service
• Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and continuous learning
