Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the F&B service team to ensure high-quality, efficient service at all times

  • Lead by example and uphold Brunch & Cake’s brand values and service standards

  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns or complaints

  • Support in scheduling, floor management, and daily operational decisions

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless coordination

  • Assist in staff training, development, and performance evaluations

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar F&B supervisory or team leader role

  • Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and customer service best practices

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

  • Experience working in high-volume, premium cafés or restaurants preferred

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
