Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly and professional manner.

• Present menus, offer recommendations, and provide detailed information about food and drink offerings.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that guests’ needs are met.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, ensuring that all needs are met.

• Assist in setting up dining areas, including preparing tables and ensuring cleanliness.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
