💼 Role Overview

The Front Office Supervisor supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring that every guest receives a five-star welcome. You’ll be the go-to person for shift coordination, guest concerns, and service consistency, acting as a role model for junior staff and a trusted point of contact for guests.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front desk operations including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and room assignments
  • Lead and motivate front office associates during shifts, ensuring adherence to service standards and SOPs
  • Handle guest concerns and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and prompt resolution
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and concierge to ensure smooth guest journeys
  • Monitor room availability, VIP arrivals, and special requests to ensure personalized service
  • Assist with training new team members and conducting performance feedback sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, shift handovers, and operational reports
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, health and safety regulations, and data privacy protocols
  • Support the Front Office Manager in scheduling, inventory control, and departmental planning

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a confident, service-driven leader who brings:

  • 2–4 years of front office experience in luxury or lifestyle hospitality, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A guest-first mindset and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional grooming, punctuality, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • A collaborative spirit and a passion for mentoring and team development
