Assistant Outlet Manager - F&B ServiceJob Summary

Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. In this leadership role, you will support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-tier guest experiences, and driving service excellence across the venue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Assist in managing team schedules, training, and performance evaluations

  • Maintain excellent guest relations, addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly

  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure adherence to budgeted targets

  • Uphold brand and hygiene standards across all service touchpoints

  • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination

  • Support the Outlet Manager in implementing promotions and events

  • Drive upselling and guest engagement initiatives to enhance revenue

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B, preferably within a 4–5-star hotel

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Guest-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service

  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting

  • Good understanding of HACCP and hygiene standards

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a busy environment

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
