📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Math Teacher
- Deliver engaging and well-structured math lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations
- Integrate technology and inquiry-based learning into classroom instruction
- Collaborate with colleagues to support cross-disciplinary learning
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development
Head of Department – Arabic
- Lead the Arabic department in curriculum planning and instructional delivery
- Mentor and support Arabic language teachers in pedagogy and classroom management
- Ensure alignment with UAE Ministry of Education standards and cultural values
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies
- Organize Arabic language events, competitions, and cultural activities
- Contribute to school-wide leadership and academic planning
Head of Department – Math
- Oversee the mathematics department and ensure curriculum excellence
- Guide teachers in lesson planning, assessment design, and differentiated instruction
- Analyze student data to improve learning outcomes and teaching strategies
- Lead departmental meetings, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with school leadership on academic goals and resource planning
- Promote innovation and inquiry-based learning in mathematics education
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the relevant subject area (mandatory)
- UAE teaching experience and valid teaching license (preferred)
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for student-centered learning and academic excellence
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period
