As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the heart of the operation – ensuring that every guest walks out with a smile, every plate leaves the kitchen with love, and every team member feels empowered and supported.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of supervisors, waitstaff, kitchen crew, and hosts.

• Maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.

• Manage schedules, inventory, ordering, and cost control procedures.

• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health, and safety guidelines.

• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with grace and professionalism.

• Support marketing initiatives and events in coordination with HQ.

• Promote a warm, welcoming, and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or café.

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory control.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-first mindset and a passion for hospitality.

• Knowledge of UAE food safety regulations.

• Experience using POS systems and restaurant management software.

• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.
