Creneau Hospitality is urgently hiring experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our front-of-house teams across Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our venues, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service that ensures every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

📝 Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are set, cleared, and maintained to brand standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Support floor operations during peak hours and special events.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and basic service etiquette.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Flexibility to work across Dubai Creek Harbour and Palm Jumeirah venues.
