Available Positions:
Front of House:
1. Waiter / Waiter Assistant
- Job Description: As a Waiter/Waiter Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Attention to detail and a friendly attitude are key!
- Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables
- Take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly
- Ensure guests’ needs are met throughout their visit
- Clear and reset tables quickly
2. Hostess
- Job Description: The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for greeting them, managing reservations, and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will play a crucial role in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience.
- Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and manage seating arrangements
- Handle reservations and walk-in guests
- Maintain a calm and organized reception area
- Coordinate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow
3. Reservation Agent
- Job Description: The Reservation Agent will manage bookings, coordinate with guests and other departments, and ensure that reservations are processed smoothly. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
- Ensure reservation details are accurately entered into the system
- Communicate with the team about guest preferences and special requests
- Assist guests with any inquiries regarding reservations
4. Head Runner / Runner
- Job Description: As a Head Runner, you will ensure that food and drinks are delivered quickly and accurately to the right tables. You’ll also support the service team by maintaining the flow of orders from kitchen to guests.
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the guest’s table
- Ensure timely and accurate service, while maintaining cleanliness
- Assist in resetting tables and clearing away dirty dishes
- Support the waitstaff during busy periods
5. Hookah Man
- Job Description: The Hookah Man will be responsible for preparing and serving hookah to guests, ensuring it is delivered to a high standard of quality and cleanliness. A keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills are required.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hookah to guests
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of hookah equipment
- Assist in creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for guests
- Provide excellent customer service, offering guidance on hookah options
Kitchen Team:
6. CDP (Pastry)
- Job Description: The Chef de Partie (Pastry) will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of desserts and pastry items, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation. A passion for pastry and attention to detail is essential.
- Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present pastries and desserts
- Ensure quality and consistency of all pastry products
- Monitor stock levels and ingredients for pastry section
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
7. DCDP (Hot/Cold/Pastry)
- Job Description: The Demi Chef de Partie will support the Head Chef and CDP in preparing and cooking food in hot, cold, or pastry sections, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing dishes for the hot, cold, or pastry sections
- Ensure dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Help manage stock and ingredient levels
8. Staff Cook
- Job Description: The Staff Cook will work under the guidance of the Chef de Partie to prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring food is prepared according to White Rabbit Family standards.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food
- Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
9. Commis
- Job Description: The Commis Chef will support senior chefs in food preparation and the execution of daily kitchen tasks. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow within the culinary field.
- Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Help with mise en place and setting up workstations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen staff
