Duties and Responsibilities
Asian Cuisine Chefs
- Prepare and cook authentic Asian dishes with creativity and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and specials.
- Ensure hygiene and food‑safety compliance in the kitchen.
Supervisors
- Lead shifts and manage staff across front‑of‑house operations.
- Ensure smooth service flow and resolve guest concerns.
- Oversee cash handling, reporting, and daily operational checklists.
- Support training and onboarding of new staff.
Bar Manager
- Oversee bar operations, inventory, and beverage menu development.
- Train and mentor bartenders and barbacks.
- Ensure consistency in cocktails and beverage service.
- Drive sales through creative promotions and guest engagement.
Bartenders
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages.
- Engage guests with menu knowledge and recommendations.
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels.
- Uphold speed, accuracy, and presentation standards.
Barbacks
- Support bartenders with stock replenishment and prep.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
- Assist with glassware, garnishes, and bar setup.
- Learn and grow into bartending responsibilities.
Hostess
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations.
- Coordinate seating and maintain flow in the dining area.
- Provide information about the venue and upcoming events.
- Act as the first point of contact for guest experience.
Waiters
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
- Upsell specials and recommend pairings.
- Maintain table cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Handle payments and POS transactions.
Runners
- Deliver food and drinks from kitchen and bar to tables quickly.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Support waitstaff during peak service.
- Assist with restocking and maintaining service stations.
Requirements
- Experience: Relevant experience in hospitality roles preferred; chefs and bar staff must have proven expertise in their field.
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
- Attributes: Energetic, reliable, and passionate about hospitality.
- Availability: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Language: English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Legal: Candidates must have the right to work in the UAE and be based in Dubai.
