This role is all about crafting memorable guest experiences through exceptional drinks, engaging service, and a lively bar atmosphere. Duties and Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation — Mix and serve cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
• Guest Engagement — Interact with guests, recommend drinks, and provide a welcoming bar experience.
• Menu Knowledge — Maintain strong knowledge of the beverage menu, including specials and seasonal offerings.
• Bar Maintenance — Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.
• Speed and Accuracy — Deliver drinks quickly while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
• Collaboration — Work closely with barbacks and the Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Upselling — Promote signature cocktails and premium selections to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Compliance — Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible service guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience — Minimum 1–2 years in bartending roles within restaurants, lounges, or hospitality venues.
• Skills — Strong mixology knowledge, customer service orientation, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Qualifications — Bartending or hospitality certifications preferred; food‑safety or responsible service training advantageous.
• Attributes — Energetic, reliable, creative, and guest‑focused.
• Availability — Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Language — Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Legal — Must be based in Dubai with the right to work in the UAE.
