Position Details:
1. Bellman
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage and escorting them to their rooms.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements and other concierge services.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the lobby and entrance areas.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
2. Doorman
Responsibilities:
- Open doors and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with entering and exiting vehicles, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Monitor the entrance area, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
- Provide information about the hotel’s services and local area attractions.
- Coordinate with valet services to manage guest vehicle arrivals and departures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
3. Duty Manager/Night Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.
- Manage staff assignments and performance during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Prepare and review operational reports, including financial summaries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel management or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
4. Front Office Night Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front desk activities during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
- Supervise and train night shift front desk staff.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Monitor and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during the night.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in front office operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
