Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate
  • Ensure all food and beverages meet Radisson quality and presentation standards
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow hotel policies, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel F&B environment is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a passion for guest service
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic English communication; Thai language skills are beneficial
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and a team‑oriented mindset
