The Senior General Manager will oversee the full spectrum of hotel operations, ensuring that every guest experience reflects the warmth, rhythm, and authenticity of Jamaican hospitality. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring excellence across rooms, F&B, guest services, and support functions
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multicultural teams to achieve performance and service goals
  • Drive commercial strategy, revenue growth, and profitability
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent guest satisfaction
  • Implement operational systems, SOPs, and quality controls
  • Build strong relationships with local partners, authorities, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead strategic planning and contribute to regional growth initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including GM or multi‑property oversight
  • Strong background in luxury or upscale hospitality
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams
  • Excellent financial acumen and commercial strategy skills
  • Deep understanding of guest experience, service culture, and operational excellence
  • Caribbean or international resort experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making abilities
  • Ability to relocate to Jamaica
