Majestic Hotel Group is seeking an organized, detail‑driven, and people‑focused HR Coordinator to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resources department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys handling documentation, and plays a key role in employee support and HR operations. As an HR Coordinator, you will manage administrative tasks, assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with HR policies and UAE labor regulations. You will work closely with the HR Officer and HR Manager to deliver a positive employee experience and support the hotel’s operational needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- HR Administration — Maintain and update employee files, HRIS systems, and personnel records.
- Recruitment Support — Assist with job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Onboarding Coordination — Prepare joining documents, arrange inductions, collect required paperwork, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Leave & Attendance Management — Track attendance, leaves, overtime, and ensure accurate data entry for payroll.
- Employee Relations Support — Assist employees with HR queries, document requests, and general support.
- Training Coordination — Schedule training sessions, maintain training logs, and support Learning & Development activities.
- Compliance — Ensure all HR processes follow UAE labor law and hotel policies.
- Document Control — Prepare letters, memos, certificates, and HR communications.
- Engagement Activities — Support staff events, recognition programs, and welfare initiatives.
- Reporting — Prepare HR reports, checklists, and monthly summaries for management.
Requirements
- Experience — Minimum 1–3 years in HR coordination or HR administration, preferably in hospitality or service industries.
- Education — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills — Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication.
- Technical — Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge — Understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Personal Attributes — Professional, approachable, discreet, and able to multitask effectively.
- Language — Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Availability — Flexible to support HR operations as needed.
- Work Authorization — Legal right to work in the UAE or the country where the role is based.
