We are now seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and task distribution
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain consistent service quality
- Monitor inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Assist in scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations
- Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel policies
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for room readiness and maintenance needs
- Support deep‑cleaning schedules and special housekeeping projects
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting
- Basic English communication; Thai language skills are an advantage
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a commitment to guest satisfaction
