As a Bellboy at Central Hotels you will be the first and last friendly face our guests see. This role requires a service-minded, physically capable individual who can manage luggage, escort guests, and deliver prompt, courteous assistance throughout a guest’s stay. You will support front-desk operations, coordinate with housekeeping and concierge teams, and help maintain a welcoming lobby environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, presentable, and comfortable working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. This is an immediate-hire position offering on-the-job training, opportunities for career growth within the group, and a chance to contribute directly to memorable guest experiences at a respected hospitality brand.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar hotel or hospitality role preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong guest-service orientation; clear communication in English; additional local languages advantageous.
  • Physical: Able to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
  • Attributes: Professional appearance; punctual; friendly; calm under pressure.
  • Availability: Willing to work rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Documentation: Valid work permit or right to work in the UAE.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception: Greet arriving and departing guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Luggage Handling: Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and storing guest luggage safely.
  • Room Escorting: Escort guests to rooms, explain basic room features, and deliver amenities.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Communicate guest requests and luggage movements to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Concierge.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Keep entrance and lobby areas tidy and presentable; assist with valet coordination when required.
  • Safety and Security: Follow hotel procedures for handling guest belongings and lost-and-found items.
  • Guest Support: Provide local information, directions, and prompt responses to guest inquiries.
