We’re Hiring | Chef de Partie (CDP) – Mohalla (Dubai, UAE)

We are now looking for a passionate, skilled, and disciplined Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, understands the nuances of Indian cuisine, and is committed to delivering consistency, flavour, and excellence in every dish.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and operate an assigned kitchen section independently
  • Prepare dishes with precision, consistency, and strong flavour execution
  • Handle daily mise en place and ensure readiness for service
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workstation organization
  • Support menu execution and contribute to new dish development when required
  • Guide and support junior team members
  • Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Uphold kitchen discipline and contribute to a positive team culture

Minimum Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Minimum 2 years as CDP, or a strong Senior Commis ready to step up
  • Solid experience in Indian cuisine (North Indian preferred; tandoor/curry/grill experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and flavour profiling
  • Experience in premium casual or high‑volume dining concepts
  • Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills
  • Local UAE candidates preferred
  • Relevant experience in Indian or premium dining concepts required
