Majestic Hotel Group is looking for a polished, organized, and guest‑focused Front Office Supervisor to support the daily operations of our Front Office team. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee reception operations, guide Guest Service Agents, handle escalated guest concerns, and ensure smooth coordination with Housekeeping, Reservations, and other departments. You will play a key role in maintaining service standards, training new team members, and ensuring that every guest interaction reflects Majestic’s signature warmth and professionalism. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations — Supervise daily reception activities including check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and billing accuracy.
  • Guest Relations — Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and service recovery for escalated guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Team Leadership — Guide, support, and motivate Guest Service Agents; conduct shift briefings and ensure staff follow SOPs and grooming standards.
  • Training & Development — Assist in onboarding new team members and provide ongoing coaching on systems, service standards, and guest interaction.
  • Cash & Financial Control — Oversee cash handling, payment processing, and shift closures; ensure compliance with financial procedures.
  • Coordination — Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and F&B to ensure smooth operations and timely guest service.
  • Quality Assurance — Conduct lobby and front‑of‑house inspections; ensure cleanliness, readiness, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Reporting — Prepare shift reports, handovers, and incident logs; escalate key issues to the Duty Manager or Front Office Manager.
  • System Management — Ensure accurate use of PMS, reservation systems, and guest profiles; support troubleshooting and system updates.
  • Problem Solving — Respond quickly to operational challenges and guest needs, ensuring efficient and thoughtful solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience — Minimum 2–4 years in Front Office or Guest Services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior agent role.
  • Education — Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Skills — Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities; confident handling guest escalations.
  • Technical — Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera or similar), MS Office, and basic reporting tools.
  • Personal Attributes — Professional appearance, calm under pressure, detail‑oriented, and guest‑centric.
  • Language — Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Availability — Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Work Authorization — Legal right to work in the UAE or the country where the role is based.
