☕ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality espresso drinks, pour-overs, teas, and specialty beverages

• Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every guest

• Master drink presentation, accuracy, and consistency

• Support daily store operations—cleanliness, organization, inventory, and restocking

• Share menu knowledge and offer thoughtful recommendations

• Contribute to a team culture that’s positive, respectful, and motivated

• Uphold hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards

• Assist in opening/closing duties as assigned

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of barista experience in a specialty coffee or fast-paced café

• Passion for coffee, people, and hospitality

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays)

• Great attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and reliable

• Knowledge of manual brewing methods and latte art is a big plus

• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
