As we gear up for the pre-opening of our newest venue in Montenegro, we are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to help us create unforgettable guest moments. We are now hiring a talented Head Waiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up service standards, station assignments, and SOPs during the pre-opening phase

  • Lead the waitstaff during daily operations, ensuring consistency and professionalism in service

  • Greet and interact with guests, anticipate their needs, and handle any issues promptly

  • Train and guide junior waiters to ensure service excellence

  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service

  • Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards in the dining area

  • Support the Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily briefings, floor planning, and team motivation

  • Ensure product knowledge of the menu, specials, and wine/beverage pairing

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior waiter or head waiter role in upscale or lifestyle restaurants

  • Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, etiquette, and guest handling

  • Confident, polished, and guest-focused with a hands-on attitude

  • Ability to manage a small team and coordinate effectively with management

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage

  • Ready to relocate and work flexible shifts as needed
