- Present menus and take orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Maintain table cleanliness and readiness
- Handle guest requests and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams for smooth service
🍹 Bar Staff
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve German beers and classic cocktails
- Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels
- Engage guests with product knowledge and friendly service
- Monitor responsible alcohol service
- Support waitstaff during peak hours
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
🎉 Events Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute themed nights, Oktoberfest-style events, and private bookings
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
- Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relations
- Ensure smooth guest experience during events
- Track performance and guest feedback for continuous improvement
💳 Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, card, and POS transactions
- Maintain daily sales reports and reconcile tills
- Assist with reservations and guest inquiries
- Support front-of-house team during busy shifts
🧑💼 Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations and ensure service excellence
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier relations
- Uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and events teams
- Report to ownership and oversee financial targets
🎧 DJ
Responsibilities:
- Curate playlists that blend Bavarian vibes with Dubai nightlife
- Perform live sets during themed nights and events
- Read the room and adjust music to enhance guest energy
- Coordinate with events manager and marketing team
- Maintain equipment and sound quality standards
