💼 Position Details, Duties & Requirements


🔹 1. Restaurant Manager

Duties:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring service quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the team, manage schedules, and implement training programs.
  • Monitor budget, labor cost, and inventory to ensure profitability.
  • Handle guest feedback, maintain high service standards, and coordinate with suppliers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining or premium casual setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, POS systems, and health/safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and team-building ability.

🔹 2. Assistant Restaurant Manager

Duties:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management.
  • Supervise shifts and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Help with inventory, stock control, and training staff.
  • Step in as the Manager on Duty when required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality.
  • Good knowledge of food service operations.
  • Positive attitude and hands-on management style.
  • Familiarity with restaurant software (POS, reservations, etc.).

🔹 3. Hostess

Duties:

  • Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments.
  • Maintain a tidy front-of-house and handle guest inquiries with a smile.
  • Coordinate guest seating with service staff for smooth flow.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year in a hostess or customer-facing hospitality role.
  • Presentable, polite, and fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
  • Organized and confident under pressure.
  • Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus.

🔹 4. Head Waiter / Head Waitress

Duties:

  • Lead service team during shifts and ensure high-quality guest experience.
  • Train and guide waitstaff, handle escalated guest concerns.
  • Oversee table setups, order accuracy, and dining room flow.
  • Liaise between kitchen and service to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory service role.
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • High level of menu knowledge and communication skills.

🔹 5. Runner

Duties:

  • Deliver food quickly and correctly from the kitchen to the guests.
  • Assist waitstaff with table resets, water service, and clearing.
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining area.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level role; prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Energetic, physically fit, and team-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
  • Basic English skills and a can-do attitude.
