Duties and Responsibilities
Sous Chef
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Assist in menu development and ingredient sourcing.
- Maintain hygiene and safety protocols.
Chef de Partie
- Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently.
- Prepare and plate dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Support Sous Chef in daily operations.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all food preparation.
Kitchen Commis
- Assist chefs in food preparation and mise en place.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
- Follow instructions and recipes accurately.
- Support team during busy service periods.
Kitchen Steward
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Maintain dishwashing area and assist with waste management.
- Support kitchen team with basic prep tasks when required.
Requirements
- Locally available in the UAE.
- Proven experience in pasta-making and Italian cuisine.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
