Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and a memorable dining experience for all guests.

• Team Collaboration: Support the recruitment, training, and development of a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Financial Assistance: Help manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Customer Relations: Engage with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels, addressing concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Strategic Implementation: Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within a high-end dining environment, demonstrating leadership and operational success.

• Education: A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.

• Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

• Knowledge: Understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
