💼 Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Commi (Hot, Salad, Pastry)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in meal preparation, cooking, and plating across assigned sections
- Follow kitchen protocols and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Ensure freshness and proper storage of ingredients
2. Demi Chef de Partie (Hot Section)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the hot kitchen section during service
- Prepare dishes according to brand standards and recipes
- Mentor junior kitchen staff and support team development
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with procurement for supplies
3. Cheese Platter Maker (Deli Cheese)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Craft and arrange cheese platters for dine-in and display counters
- Select and pair deli cheeses with accompaniments
- Maintain freshness and presentation of the deli counter
- Interact with guests to assist in cheese selection and sales
4. Waiter / Waitress (Dine-In & Display Sales)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism
- Explain menu items and display products available for purchase
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas
5. Head Waiter / Head Waitress
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee dining service operations and team coordination
- Train and supervise waitstaff to uphold service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve complaints professionally
- Support floor planning and shift management
6. Procurement Senior Executive
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase kitchen and restaurant supplies
- Negotiate contracts and maintain supplier relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of goods
7. Driver (Light Vehicle – Vans)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Transport goods between suppliers, storage, and the restaurant
- Ensure timely and safe deliveries
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Assist with loading and unloading when required
