💰 Cashier
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments securely
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Assist with end-of-day cash reconciliation and reporting
- Support front-of-house operations during peak hours
👨🍳 CDP (Chef de Partie)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, sauté, cold kitchen)
- Prepare and present dishes according to MADO standards
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely requisition of supplies
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in food preparation
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu execution
👨🍳 DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes under supervision
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation
- Follow food safety protocols and kitchen SOPs
- Support team during busy service periods
🥐 Commi Pastry
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately following recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section
- Organize and store ingredients and supplies properly
- Support senior pastry chefs in decorating and plating
- Monitor baking times and temperatures for optimal results
☕ Barista
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
- Engage with guests and recommend beverage options
- Monitor inventory of coffee supplies and restock as needed
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of drinks
🧑💼 Head Waiter
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise the service team and ensure smooth floor operations
- Assign tables and manage guest flow during busy hours
- Train and mentor junior waitstaff on service standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely order delivery
- Monitor cleanliness and readiness of dining areas
👩💼 Hostess
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations
- Maintain the seating chart and coordinate table assignments

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Ensure correct plating and presentation before serving

- Maintain cleanliness in service areas and support team during rush hours
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
