🛎 Duties & Responsibilities

Waiter/Waitress

• Greet and seat guests with professionalism.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain table setup and dining area cleanliness.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback.

Hostess

• Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations.
• Organize seating and manage waiting lists.
• Maintain entrance presentation and host stand.
• Communicate guest needs to the service team.

Cashier

• Process orders and payments accurately.
• Manage POS system and issue receipts.
• Assist with takeaway orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of cashier counter.

Assistant Manager

• Support daily operations and shift management.
• Lead and motivate FOH teams.
• Handle guest feedback and special requests.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and service standards.
