Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in/check‑out and process payments.
• Handle reservations, phone and email inquiries, and update the PMS.
• Provide concierge assistance: transport, dining reservations, local information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest requests.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate billing, cash handling, and shift handover reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma; hospitality diploma preferred.
• 1–2 years front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Excellent English; additional languages advantageous.
• Familiarity with PMS and MS Office preferred.
• Professional presentation, strong communication, and multitasking skills.
• Right to work in the UAE.

Front Office Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front office operations and ensure service standards.
• Coach and train front office staff; prepare schedules and conduct briefings.

• Prepare daily reports, cash reconciliations, and shift handovers.

Hostess

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, welcoming host station and entrance area.

Requirements

Painter

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces: clean, sand, prime and repair minor plaster/drywall.
• Apply paints, varnishes, stains, and protective coatings with brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
• Perform touch‑ups in guest rooms, corridors and public areas.
• Match colors to brand standards and maintain paint inventory.
• Maintain tools and equipment; report supply needs.
• Follow safety procedures and minimize guest disruption.

Requirements

• Vocational training or certificate in painting/decorating preferred.
• Minimum 2 years professional painting experience; hotel/commercial experience preferred.
• Proficient in color matching, spray equipment, and surface repair.
• Physically able to work at heights and perform manual tasks.
• Attention to detail and guest‑conscious work habits.

Plumber

Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, drains and fittings.
• Respond to emergency leaks, blockages and water supply issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, water heaters and sewage systems.
• Install new fixtures and commission plumbing systems.
• Complete job sheets, parts requisitions and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with other departments to schedule works with minimal guest impact.

Requirements

• Vocational plumbing certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years plumbing experience; hotel or commercial experience preferred.
• Skilled in pipework, soldering, brazing, pumps and backflow prevention.
• Able to work in confined spaces and lift moderate loads.
• Reliable, detail‑oriented and guest‑focused.
• Right to work in the UAE and any required trade permits.

Steward

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and hand‑wash pots, pans and utensils.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: scullery, storage and service areas.
• Assist chefs with basic food prep and mise en place when required.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment; report faults.
• Manage waste segregation, recycling and grease disposal.
• Follow HACCP and food safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous stewarding or kitchen porter experience preferred; training available.
