Creneau Hospitality is expanding its team across licensed venues in Dubai and is seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and immediately available professionals for the following positions:
- Head Waiter
- Waiter / Waitress
- Junior Waiter
- Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie
(Specializing in European, Mediterranean, or American cuisine)
These roles are based at Dubai Creek Harbour and Palm Jumeirah, two of the city’s most iconic hospitality destinations.
📝 Duties and Responsibilities
Head Waiter
- Supervise and coordinate service operations during shifts.
- Lead the service team, ensuring smooth guest flow and table management.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Support training and performance of junior staff.
Waiter / Waitress
- Welcome guests, present menus, and take accurate orders.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service areas.
- Upsell menu items and ensure guest satisfaction.
Junior Waiter
- Assist senior waiters with table setup, order delivery, and guest requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and support team during peak hours.
- Learn menu items and service etiquette to grow into senior roles.
Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie
- Prepare and present dishes according to brand standards and recipes.
- Manage mise en place and ensure timely execution during service.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and refine menu offerings.
