As the first point of contact for our guests, you will manage reservations, ensure smooth communication, and contribute to creating memorable experiences. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with front office and sales teams.
  • Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized communication and follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (Opera or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
