This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in guest interaction, values precision, and delivers exceptional service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will manage reservations, ensure smooth communication, and contribute to creating memorable experiences. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and coordinate with front office and sales teams.
  • Upsell hotel services and packages to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized communication and follow‑ups.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel reservation systems (Opera or similar).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
